Anyone tried it?

Looks good to me on first glance - you can get notifications to your phone for match news, team sheets, goals etc. Plus access to ticket booking and videos etc. Will be interesting to see if it improves the seat map problems other were having.

Another Hart initiative - or something we were going to do anyway? I think I read here that every EFL club was having to create one?

It won't improve the seat map as that is an issue with Ticketmaster. The app just directs you to the same place.

It's a difficult one to solve as its a 3rd party issue but it's super frustrating. Impossible to select your seat when using your phone.

It is incredibly slow choosing a specific seat on a phone, but if you allow time for the map to move around or zoom it is as easy as the old system.

The club signed up to this prior to Neil's appointment (see Supporters Board minutes 11/7/24 point 3A).

The App is optional with many clubs deciding not to implement it.

Same for me. All notifications switched on. None received

I've had no issues selecting seats on my phone or tablet (both android). It's obviously a poorly designed site if it isnt working on all devices but I wouldn't think it would be super hard for them to fix - especially an organisation the size of ticketmaster.

Is anyone actually getting alerts from this app? Played around with it a day or so ago and still no news items pinging.

Another one not getting alerts. An upgrade incoming I would think.
