Can't remember Pete ever being particularly quick to pull the trigger. He's always said he doesn't like sacking managers. Maybe it was different in the very early days?

I didn't say we hadn't chopped at changed, but my point still stands that PW gave most of those managers more time than the majority of our fans would've done. Neilson and Tisdale were given enough time for us to see nothing was changing. Micciche and Jackson went after being relegated. They can't have any complaints about that. Manning is the only one that may feel he didn't get enough but even then the poor run had lasted months and months before the trigger was pulled.
