His legacy will be forever tainted obviously, but his post match interview on MOTD proved that he's an incredibly erudite and intelligent individual. Well not that intelligent, as his judgment must be questionable.

In fact, the more I think about it, he's still a wanker.

He's on the Brighton Podcast today and I've just seen a teaser clip where he mentions that his own family had to help out with the fee because we couldn't match what Fulham wanted. I'll definitely end up listening to the whole thing at some point but that was an interesting clip.

I think we were incredibly blessed for him to have played for us for the short time that he did.

A player so far above the level who was humble enough to slum it in order to get playing and get his career back on track. Brighton will be a great club for him and I totally expect him to play his way into an even bigger opportunity in the next few seasons.
