Great to see two proper strikers on the bench today but slightly suprised that Harrison isn't starting.

For those at the ground - remember to sign the book of condolences near Aisle 10.

Not surprised Finch can’t even make the bench. Need to recruit a better striker in January

Playing quite well but you can tell Port Vale are a good side.

Played pretty well. Unlucky not be at least 1 up.

Players already fading though towards the end of the half

Tomlinson so frustrating. We should be having success down the left and he is be found quite a few times but his knock downs or passing is failing to find a white shirt every time

100% this. We've done a lot nicely today but just lack that cutting edge up front. Although we have had the ball in their net twice!

But given how we tend totally run out of steam after 60 mins I do worry about this one.

70/30 on my feelings on that first half. Mostly good stuff. Unlucky to have been denied twice by the rules. My only criticism is mcgill hitting that low pass into the oppositions feet with a mishit really putting us in danger as well as a number of times the first man winining the flick on but his target and him not being on the same wavelength on where the flick on is going or should be going.

Nemane with a few moments of pure brilliance. Dissapointed with the lack of dpeed and options with that one counter attack. Players seemed to pull out of really joining it at pace and overlapping with nemane being the most guilty.

Rolls royce performance from liam kelly, his best game so far. Lemonheigh needs to do better tho, worked really hard but a bit out of sorts in possession.

Jack tucker and maguire been sensational. Offord been nervy a bit.

I think we will go on to lose narrowly but i wont be alarmed. Once the fitness levels get to where they need to be we will wear teams fown in tge secondhalf and have the edge and win if we cant break the deadlock in first half.

Tommy leigh wow. Ewhat a turnaround for him. Sensational again allbeit unlucky.
