I don't mean position in the table (although we're not far off that either)

At least when we've had bad results or a change of coach is need before we've been higher in the table or a higher league, and haven't been piped 3-0 by AFC.

Right now we're the most hated club in the country, playing a soulless shell of a stadium with a disillusioned fanbase watching inefficient and one dimensional football pushed by a charisma-less coach, distant and silent owners, the only one associated with them who actually said anything is a racist misogynist and since gone quiet,

We are the lowest we have ever been in terms of league position. Happy Monday!

Not true. We were 23rd a few weeks back ;)

The £1 council caveat stops that I think.

Really? I can’t see the council wanting to inherit a massive stadium with no football team.

Imagine all the houses that could be built on the football ground site. Rayner and co would love it

Fair point after 2 games yes. Now it is 6 games and we are only 3 places better off. Overall, we are shit. I think we can all agree on that.

In the nearly 20 years Ive been following the club, I think this is the lowest overall ebb I can recall. Im sure the football has been as bad, possibly worse but the general feeling around the club is as bad as I can recall.

The new owners need to get some visibilty with the fans. Not an owners rep or pseudo role like that but some tangible visibility that the fans can start to believe in.

The matchday experience and the football can only get better from where we are, Im pretty sure it cant get worse so there is that to look forward too!!

Scott Lindsay was most recently linked to the Preston job the League above the one he's currently in. Why would he drop a League to manage a crap team?

Because we are massive / many of our fans are deluded about our actual position in the footballing world

Looks like we are massive after all.

I'm guessing that they don't really want to say anything until we have a new manager in place as it could affect the selection process.
